Application Logs
Application Logs shows the history of events that reach IndoFinity. It displays the last 5000 logs.
Why this page helps
It is the main diagnostic tool when something isn't working, because it answers one question:
Did the event reach IndoFinity or not?
The answer splits the problem into two possibilities:
| Event visible in the log? | What it means |
|---|---|
| No | The problem is the connection. Check the Connection menu and leave your Interactions alone |
| Yes, but nothing happened | The connection is fine. The problem is in the Activity, Interaction, or overlay |
People who skip this step often spend time reconfiguring Interactions when the live itself isn't connected.
Available buttons
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enable Floating / Disable Floating | Shows the log in a floating window so you can watch it while you open other menus |
| Save to File | Saves the log to a file |
| Clear Logs | Empties the log |
Sending the log to the admin
If you report a problem to the IndoFinity team, include the log. The dashboard itself recommends this: "Send these logs to the admin if something is not working as it should."
The steps:
- Reproduce the problem: let it happen one more time.
- Click Save to File.
- Send the file through the Support menu.
If you empty the log first, the evidence needed to diagnose your problem is gone too. Save first, then clear.
Settings → General has a Debug Mode option. Turn it on only when the admin asks you to, because the dashboard warns that this mode may slow the app down.
