Common Problems and Solutions

How to diagnose properly​

Almost every IndoFinity problem is one of these four links being broken. Walk them in order from the top — starting in the middle usually wastes time.

[1] CONNECTION   is the TikTok live connected?
        ▼
[2] ACTIVITY     does the trigger rule match?
        ▼
[3] INTERACTION  is the action enabled and correct?
        ▼
[4] OVERLAY      is the Screen installed, and does it match?

Overlays and alerts​

The overlay is black or permanently empty. Normal. Overlays are transparent and empty until an action runs. Test with the Play Interaksi button; don't judge by the idle state.

Alerts don't appear in OBS. Check in order:

  1. Do the screens match? The Interaction points to Screen 1 but you installed the Screen 2 link — this is the number one cause.
  2. Is the "Semua Interaksi" switch on? If off, the entire Interaction Center is paused.
  3. Is the Browser Source hidden? Check the eye icon in the OBS Sources panel.
  4. Is the Interaction still active? Exceeding the free account limit disables it.

Alerts run briefly, then everything stops. The app.indofinity.com tab was probably closed. All processing happens in that tab — if it closes, overlays go silent even while the TikTok live continues. Use the desktop app if this keeps happening.

Alerts flicker in and out unpredictably. The same Screen link is installed in two places at once — two PCs, or two Browser Sources. IndoFinity detects the duplicate and disconnects one. Install each Screen exactly once.

Alerts overlap or some get dropped. Too many Interactions stacked on one Screen. Spread them across other Screens — see Screen Overlays.

Gift alerts arrive a few seconds late. Combo behaviour. Open the Interaction and tick Ulangi sebanyak combo gift. Without it, the action waits for the viewer's combo to finish first.

TikTok Live connection​

"Not currently live" even though you are. Wait a few seconds after going live, then retry. Also check the username — it must be without the @ sign.

Drops mid-stream. Press Connect to Live again. If it happens often in a browser, use the desktop app.

Consistently refuses to connect. Use the IndoFinity desktop app. The Download Aplikasi button is in the TikTok Connection card.

Interactions and Activities​

"This Interaction is inactive, please extend premium." You've exceeded the free account limit (7 Interactions, 7 Activities). Delete unused ones or subscribe — see Free Limits and Add-ons.

A gift Activity doesn't fire even though gifts arrive. Check Minimal berapa?. If it's set to 10 coins and viewers send 1-coin gifts, it correctly doesn't fire.

Donation Activities never fire. The platform isn't connected in the Integrasi Donasi menu. Creating the Activity alone isn't enough.

Minecraft commands / webhooks / keystrokes don't run, but alerts do. Check the dedicated switches at the top of the Interaction Center. There are separate switches for Keystroke, Webhook, OBS, Minecraft Command, Poin Win/Lose, and Spin Roulette — each can silently disable its own path.

Simulate Keystrokes has no effect on a game. This action only works in the desktop app. A browser cannot press keys outside itself.

An alert renders with a word missing. The variable isn't relevant to that trigger — for example {giftname} on a follow-triggered Activity. Variables with no data become empty text. See Message Variables.

Stream Avatar​

A newly added avatar doesn't appear. The overlay hasn't been restarted.

The avatar overlay is completely empty. No Avatar Pack has been selected in the Karakter menu.

If you've tried everything above​

  • The Application Logs menu shows the history of incoming events. If viewer events don't appear there, the problem is the connection — not your Interactions.
  • The Support menu in the dashboard reaches the IndoFinity team.
