Top Gift and Top Streak
Two record cards that show the top achievements of the current live session. You set both up from the Gift Gallery page.
Two different records
| Card | Records |
|---|---|
| Top Gift | The gift with the highest single-gift coin value in this live session |
| Top Streak | The longest combo in a single streak in this live session |
The difference matters. Top Gift rewards one expensive gift, and Top Streak rewards a long run of cheap gifts. Different people can hold the two records, and that's the point: viewers get two different ways to stand out.
Top Gift doesn't appear until the first gift arrives. Top Streak doesn't appear until the first combo ends.
So an empty screen at the start of a live is normal. It doesn't mean the overlay failed.
Settings
Each card has its own settings:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title | The card's title text |
| Username color | Color of the record holder's name |
| Show sender profile picture | Shows the profile picture on the card |
Two helper buttons:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Test 30 seconds | Shows a sample card in OBS for 30 seconds so you can check position and colors |
| Reset record | Clears the record |
Because the card stays hidden until there's a record, you normally can't position it in OBS. Test 30 seconds brings up a sample card so you can move and resize it calmly before the live.
When to reset the record
Records apply to the current live session. If you want to start counting again, for example when you move to a different segment in one long live, use Reset record.
Common problems
Symptom: the card doesn't appear at all. That's normal if no gift or combo has come in yet. Use Test 30 seconds to confirm the overlay itself is set up correctly.
Symptom: the preview doesn't show in the dashboard. The message reads: "Preview is not available yet. You can still save your settings." Your settings are still saved. Only the preview is missing.
Symptom: the record doesn't change even though a bigger gift came in. Top Gift compares the single-gift coin value, not the total. A 100-coin gift sent ten times doesn't beat a single 500-coin gift.
