Like Leaderboard

Like Leaderboard shows the 10 viewers with the most likes (taps) during your live.

What is Like Leaderboard

Likes are free, so every viewer can compete. A gift leaderboard only rewards people who spend money. This one gives viewers who don't buy anything a way to get noticed too.

Before you start

Your TikTok Live must be connected.

Add the overlay

Open the Like Leaderboard menu in the dashboard, find the Install Overlay in OBS / TikTok Live Studio card, and copy the overlay link. Paste it as a Browser Source in OBS, or add it through Add Source → Link in TikTok Live Studio, at 1920 × 1080.

Use the Customize button on the same card to change how this overlay looks.

Never installed an overlay before? Read Installing Overlays in OBS & TikTok Live Studio first. It walks through each step.

The Preview section in the dashboard only shows how the overlay looks. It sends nothing to the real overlay. The Test button sends a sample to the overlay.

Auto Deduction

This is what makes the leaderboard more than a counter: points go down on their own over time.

The Intensity setting sets how many points are deducted every 10 seconds.

Why this makes the live more lively

Without deduction, whoever takes the lead early stays on top for the whole live, and everyone else stops trying. With deduction, viewers have to keep defending their rank, so they keep tapping through the whole session instead of only in the first few minutes.

Start with a small intensity. If it's too high, the leaderboard empties out and viewers feel their effort was wasted.

Set it to 0 if you don't want any deduction.

Reset and History

History is not saved

The dashboard says: "Last 10 like history, data is not saved and will be lost." Don't rely on it as a record.

Common problems

Symptom: the ranking stays empty. Check that your TikTok Live is connected. Also check that the deduction Intensity isn't set too high. If points are deducted faster than likes come in, everyone's points drop to zero right away.

Symptom: a viewer's points go down on their own. That's Auto Deduction working as intended. Lower the intensity if it's too aggressive.
