Plans, balance, and coins
IndoFinity does not use tiered plans. There is no "Basic / Pro / Ultimate" that unlocks a batch of features at once.
Instead there are two separate things:

| Coin balance | Bought through top-ups and spent on things that cost money |
| Add-on subscription | A monthly subscription per feature, only for the four areas that have limits |
Most IndoFinity features are completely free and need neither.
The four add-ons
Only four areas have limits on a free account:
Interaction Center · Soundboards · Stream Avatar · YouTube Music Song Request
The limits and what you get with a subscription are listed in Free Limits and Add-ons.

Your coin balance also shows at the top of the screen, along with a top-up button.
The Profile menu shows your account's exact limits and how much of each you've used. Often what you need isn't a subscription but deleting old Interactions you no longer use.
Check Balance & Transaction History first. The transaction may be recorded but not finished processing yet. If it still doesn't appear after a while, contact us through the Support menu and include your proof of payment.
