Presets: switchable settings profiles
A Preset is a complete bundle of settings. Switching presets swaps your Interactions, Activities, and feature configuration all at once, without rebuilding them one by one.
When this helps
When you run several kinds of live, each with different rules. For example:
- Gaming live: compact alerts, Minecraft commands on, TTS off so it doesn't get in the way.
- Casual live: TTS on, song requests open, livelier alerts.
- Auction live: auction and vouch features on, other alerts toned down so they don't disrupt the auction.
Without presets, moving between modes means changing dozens of settings every time.
How to use it
The preset picker is at the very top of the side menu. Pick a preset, and the whole dashboard follows it.
What changes along with it
Many features show which preset is currently active. For example, the Gift Gallery table says "Showing data from preset ...", and Interaction on win in Spin Roulette takes its Interactions from the currently active preset.
If an Interaction has "disappeared" or a gift list looks empty, first check which preset is active. Often the data isn't gone; you're just looking at a different preset.
Free account limit
Free accounts get 1 preset, the default one. If you don't have preset access, the picker is disabled.
Soundboards has its own preset system, separate from this one, with its own limit.
Export and import
Under Settings → Data you can export and import data.
The dashboard says so clearly: export takes data from your active preset, and import puts data into your active preset. Make sure you're on the right preset before running either one.
An important note about import: "This will add new data and NOT replace existing data." So importing twice gives you duplicate data instead of overwriting it.
