Simulator panel: testing without going live

The Simulator Panel sends fake events to IndoFinity (gifts, comments, likes, follows, donations), so you can test all your settings without waiting for real viewers.

Why this matters

Without the simulator, the only way to test an alert is to actually go live and hope someone sends a gift. That means you're adjusting overlays in front of your viewers, and every mistake shows.

With the simulator, you can sort everything out before the live starts.

Six tabs

TabWhat it does
QuickLike, follow, subscribe, and share in one click, with nothing to fill in
Total LikesSets a total like count to test milestones and goal overlays
CommentSends a test comment with the text and sender role you choose
GiftPicks a gift and a combo count
DonationPicks a donation platform and an amount
EmoteSends a TikTok sticker or emote

The Comment tab and Sender Role

The Comment tab has a Sender Role option that is useful but easy to miss. It lets you pretend to be a viewer with a different status:

RoleWhat it tests
Not FollowingA regular viewer
Follower / FriendActivities restricted to followers
SubscriberSubscriber-only features
ModeratorModerator-only commands
Team MemberMinimum team level limits
The only practical way to test target restrictions

If you create an Activity that only Subscribers can trigger, you can't test it yourself on a live, because you aren't a subscriber of your own account, and asking someone else to help is a hassle.

Sender Role solves that completely.

The Gift tab and combos

Pick a gift, then fill in Combo Count, which is how many times the gift is sent in a row. The range is 1 to 10,000.

Test combo behavior here

The Repeat as many times as the gift combo setting on an Interaction behaves very differently depending on whether it's ticked. Send a 5× combo through the simulator and you'll see the difference right away: the alert either runs five times, or once after the combo ends.

Which variables get filled

Each tab fills different message variables:

TabFills
Gift{giftname}, {coins}, {repeatcount}
Comment{comment}
Donation{message}, {amount}
Total Likes{totallikecount}

So if you want to check how an alert's text is formatted, use the tab that matches its trigger. See Message Variables.

Limits

The simulator does not add Vouch Points

This is intentional and can't be changed. If the simulator could add vouch points, that reputation number would mean nothing. See Vouch Points.

The simulator also tests processing and display, not the incoming connection. To make sure a donation webhook is really connected, check the Incoming Support tab in Donation Integration, not the simulator.
