Profile & account settings
Profile
The Profile menu shows your account and subscription information.
Account details
Account ID · Email · Location · Timezone · Joined · Currency
Usage limits
Feature limits based on your subscription plan:
Actions (Interactions) · Events (Activities) · Avatars · Playlists · Songs/Playlist · Soundboards
If an Interaction is suddenly disabled or a playlist is marked inactive, the Profile page shows the exact numbers: how many you're allowed and how many you're using. That gets you an answer faster than guessing.
Plan features
The list of features available to your account: Premium Avatars, Avatar Presets, Premium Overlays, Preset Soundboards, Analytics, and the Saweria, Sociabuzz, Trakteer, Tako, BagiBagi, Sibagi, and TipTap integrations.
Settings
The Settings menu has four tabs.
General
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Language | The app's display language: Indonesia, English, 日本語 |
| Theme | Light or dark appearance |
| Debug Mode | An in-depth diagnostic mode |
The dashboard warns: "Enable debug mode only if requested by an administrator. Activating this mode may impact application performance." Don't leave it on out of habit.
Desktop
Alternative Connection Mode: for when you have trouble connecting to your TikTok Live.
According to the dashboard, this mode cannot detect viewers who haven't set an email, private accounts, underage accounts, and accounts with TikTok restrictions.
As a result, some of your viewers become invisible to IndoFinity, and their gifts and comments can be missed. Use this only when the normal connection really doesn't work, not as a permanent setting.
This feature only works in the desktop app.
Data
Export & Import Data: moves your settings out and back in.
Export takes data from the active preset; import puts data into the active preset. Import also adds new data and does not replace what's already there, so importing twice gives you duplicate data.
See Presets.
Account
Account ID, Name, Email, Country, Region, and Time Zone.
Version information
This section shows the Build ID, Device (Desktop or Website), App Version, and Alternative Connection status.
If you contact Support, the version information speeds up the diagnosis, especially the Build ID and whether you're on desktop or web.
