Analytics: live statistics

Analytics keeps a record of your lives, so you can see how they develop over time instead of only seeing numbers that vanish when the live ends.

Data updates every 30 minutes

The dashboard says: "Displaying data recorded by IndoFinity. Data is updated every 30 minutes." So the numbers for a live that is still running don't show up right away.

It only records connected lives

Analytics only records lives that IndoFinity was connected to. A live you run without pressing Connect to Live won't appear in the history.

Last 30 Days Live History

The main table has these columns:

ColumnContents
DateWhen the live took place
UsernameThe TikTok account used
TitleThe live title
DiamondsTotal diamonds received
New FollowersNew followers during the live
SubscribersNew subscribers
SharesHow many times the live was shared

Click a row to open Live Detail, which has the breakdown for that session.

Detailed history

Besides the per-live summary, there are three separate histories:

HistoryContents
Gift Giving HistoryDate, username, gift, diamonds, and total diamonds
New Followers HistoryDate and username
New Subscriber HistoryDate and username
New Followers History is handy for follow-ups

This list keeps everyone who followed during a live. If you want to greet or thank them on your next live, this is where to look, and unlike chat, the data doesn't disappear.

Rankings

Analytics also shows a few rankings: Top Gifter, Top Share, Last Followers, and Most Gifted.

Unlike the Top Gifter overlay that your viewers see, these are for you, to see which supporters are the most consistent.

Viewer profile info

From some tables you can open User Info, which shows the User ID, Nickname, Username, and a View Profile link.

Access

Analytics is one of the features listed in your account's access list. Check your account status in the Profile menu.

Common problems

Symptom: the live you just finished doesn't appear. Wait for the next 30-minute update cycle.

Symptom: a live wasn't recorded at all. IndoFinity wasn't connected while that live was running.

Symptom: "No data available". No live has been recorded in the last 30 days.
