15-Minute Checklist: Your First Live

This is the condensed version. Each step links to the full page if you get stuck.

There's one goal: get a single alert to appear in OBS when a viewer sends a gift. Once that works, every other IndoFinity feature follows exactly the same pattern.

1. Create an account (2 minutes)​

Open app.indofinity.com → Continue with Google or Continue with Discord. Your account is created automatically.

2. Connect TikTok Live (3 minutes)​

  1. Start your live in the TikTok app first.
  2. In the dashboard, open the Connection menu.
  3. Enter your TikTok username without the @ sign.
  4. Click Connect to Live and wait for the connected status.

3. Create one Interaction (3 minutes)​

Interaction = what happens.

  1. Open the Pusat Interaksi (Interaction Center) menu.
  2. Click [+ Interaksi].
  3. Give it a name, for example Gift Alert.
  4. Tick Show Alert (User + Teks) and set the text format: Thanks {username} for the {giftname}!
  5. Pick Screen 1 in the screen selector.
  6. Save.

4. Create one Activity (2 minutes)​

Activity = when it happens.

  1. Still in Pusat Interaksi, click [+ Aktivitas].
  2. Who can use this: Semua Orang (Everyone).
  3. When it runs: [TikTok] Kirim gift dengan minimal jumlah koin (gift with a minimum coin value).
  4. Minimum: 1.
  5. Which action it triggers: pick the Gift Alert you just made.
  6. Save.

5. Install the overlay in OBS (3 minutes)​

  1. Still in Pusat Interaksi, scroll to the very bottom.
  2. Copy the Screen 1 link — the same screen you picked in step 3.
  3. In OBS, click [+] in the Sources panel → Browser.
  4. Paste the link, set the size to 1920 × 1080, click OK.

6. Test it without waiting for a real gift (2 minutes)​

You don't need an actual viewer. The Panel Simulator in Pusat Interaksi does it for you:

  1. Open the Gift tab.
  2. Pick any gift, set the combo count to 1.
  3. Click send.

The alert should appear in OBS. If it does — you're done, and you now understand how everything in IndoFinity works.

Tip

There's also a Play Interaksi button in the Interactions table to test a single action without any Activity.

If the alert doesn't appear​

Check these three things, in this order:

  1. Do the screens match? The Interaction is set to Screen 1 but you installed the Screen 2 link — this is by far the most common cause.
  2. Is the Browser Source visible? Make sure it isn't hidden (the eye icon) in the OBS Sources panel.
  3. Is the live connected? The Simulator Panel works without a live, but real gifts won't come through until Connect to Live is pressed.
