Gifter Winner
Whoever sends the last gift and holds on until time runs out wins.
What is Gifter Winner
A simple but tense survival game. Every time someone sends a gift, they take over the top spot and the timer starts. If nobody overtakes them before time runs out, they win.
Auction rewards the highest total coins. Here, what counts is who's last, so a small gift in the final seconds can beat a big gift sent early.
Because order matters and size doesn't, viewers with cheap gifts still have a chance to win. More people join in, and everyone fights over the last few seconds.
Before you start
Your TikTok Live has to be connected.
Setup steps
In the Gifter Winner Settings section:

If you haven't, the dashboard shows "No gift selected." and nobody can enter the game.
Then run it from the Control Panel:

Install the overlay
Open the Gifter Winner menu in the dashboard, find the Install Overlay in OBS / TikTok Live Studio card, and copy the overlay link. Paste it as a Browser Source in OBS, or add it through Add Source → Link in TikTok Live Studio, at 1920 × 1080.
Use the Customize button on the same card to change how this overlay looks.

Choosing the timer duration
The duration shapes how the whole game feels:
- Too short (5-10 seconds): the winner is decided fast, but viewers who are still typing a comment can lose before they get a chance to join.
- Too long (over a minute): the momentum fades and viewers stop paying attention.
The sweet spot is usually around 20-40 seconds: long enough for people to have a shot at overtaking, short enough to stay tense.
Common problems
Symptom: "Gifter Winner has not started yet." Press Start first. Gifts sent before that don't count.
Symptom: "No current gifter." / "Waiting for incoming gifts..." The game is running, but nobody has sent the selected gift yet. Make sure viewers know which gift counts.
Symptom: gifts come in but the top spot doesn't change. The gift being sent isn't the one selected in Gift Selection.
Symptom: the winner has been announced but the overlay doesn't change. Press Reset before starting a new round.
